Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week

Compensation:
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- Future pay increases based on performance
- Compensation includes hourly wage plus commission and bonus structure (detailed separately)
- ICHRA with up to 200.00 monthly benefit
- Simple IRA match at 12 months up to 3%
- Group Life Insurance covered at 12 months for 50,000, employee only

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will serve as a manager to the sales and service teams while supporting the Agent with sales and service activities. This role will focus on driving sales growth in auto, fire, life, and health insurance products by contacting leads, meeting with new and existing customers, and reviewing their insurance needs to retain and grow business.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a manager to the sales and service teams while supporting the Agent with sales and service activities. This role will focus on driving sales growth in auto, fire, life, and health insurance products by contacting leads, meeting with new and existing customers, and reviewing their insurance needs to retain and grow business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach sales and service team members
- Assist the Agent with sales and service-related tasks as needed
- Contact leads to generate sales in auto, fire, life, and health insurance lines
- Meet with current and prospective customers to review coverage needs and recommend solutions
- Retain existing clients and grow the agency’s customer base
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
- Participate in annual performance reviews for team members
- Maintain required insurance licensing, including:
- Property & Casualty
- Life & Health
- Long Term Care
- Annuity
- Flood insurance
Vacation and Benefits:
- Vacation days accrue after 6 months of tenure:
- 5 days in the first year
- 10 days in the second year
- 15 days in the third year
- 20 days after 6 years of service
